Elle impose aux ma\u00eetres d&rsquo;ouvrages publics de r\u00e9server 1% du co\u00fbt de leurs constructions \u00e0 la commande ou l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;une ou plusieurs \u0153uvres d&rsquo;art sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour le b\u00e2timent consid\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019\u00c9cole AM de Bordeaux-Talence en a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 lors de sa construction et que deux \u0153uvres d\u2019Arts d\u00e9corent ext\u00e9rieur et int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Ecole.<\/p>\n<h3>Le Totem<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-6691\" src=\"https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/le-totem-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/le-totem-1.jpg 272w, https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/le-totem-1-200x206.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 272px) 100vw, 272px\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019art\u00a0: le \u00ab\u00a0Totem\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019Alicia PENALBA, install\u00e9e sur la pelouse ext\u00e9rieure est visible depuis l\u2019esplanade des Arts et M\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Alicia PENALBA, artiste franco-argentine (1913-1982), d\u00e9c\u00e8de dans un accident de la route \u00e0 Saint-Geours-de-Maremne en novembre 1982. Elle est naturellement venue en 2014 ou 2015 \u00e0 Talence pour contempler ce tableau.<\/p>\n<p>Cette personne a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le tableau de son p\u00e8re avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019envers<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb, ou plut\u00f4t que les panneaux gauche et droit \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019envers et devaient \u00eatre chang\u00e9s de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"847\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1.jpg 847w, https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1-768x408.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1-200x106.jpg 200w, https:\/\/bordeaux167.legtux.org\/wpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/riopelle2-1-690x367.jpg 690w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 847px) 100vw, 847px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\u00c0 la d\u00e9charge des directions successives\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le tableau ne comporte pas de signature apparente du peintre ou d\u2019indications d\u2019accrochage sur le cadre, ce qui aurait permis de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019orienter\u00a0\u00bb convenablement,<\/li>\n<li>il est permis de penser que la DRAC \u00e9tait comp\u00e9tente et savait ce qu\u2019elle faisait.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous avez maintenant l\u2019occasion de visiter le hall d\u2019honneur de l\u2019\u00c9cole AM, vous verrez ce tableau accroch\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>correctement\u00a0!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb, sur le mur oppos\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019origine, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire\u00a0: \u00e0 droite en rentrant dans le hall d\u2019honneur.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que l\u2019\u00c9cole n\u2019est pas propri\u00e9taire de ces \u0153uvres mais \u00ab\u00a0affectataire\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elle a tous les droits du propri\u00e9taire (par exemple de faire payer pour les contempler), sauf celui de la vendre. Les conservateurs de la Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen, le mus\u00e9e d&rsquo;art public allemand de D\u00fcsseldorf, se sont rendu compte que l&rsquo;un de leurs chefs-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre \u00e9tait accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers sur sa cimaise. Il s&rsquo;agissait de New York\u00a0City\u00a0I, une huile et papier sur toile du peintre abstrait n\u00e9erlandais <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Piet Mondrian<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>. Non sign\u00e9, le tableau aurait \u00e9t\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> mal accroch\u00e9 depuis 77 ans<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>; dans l&rsquo;indiff\u00e9rence g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/em><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ENSAM n&rsquo;a donc pas l&rsquo;exclusivit\u00e9 des erreurs d&rsquo;accrochage !<\/p>\n<h3>Quelques informations sur les deux artistes<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Alicia PENALBA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Alicia PENALBA est une artiste franco-argentine (1913-1982). Sculptrice non figurative, elle est n\u00e9e en 1913 \u00e0 San Pedro, dans la province de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s jeune elle manifeste son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le dessin et la peinture. En 1930, elle entre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole des beaux-arts de Buenos Aires o\u00f9 elle obtient le dipl\u00f4me de professeur de dessin et de peinture, participe \u00e0 des salons et \u00e0 des expositions collectives, obtenant plusieurs prix nationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Laur\u00e9ate en 1948 d\u2019une bourse du gouvernement fran\u00e7ais, Alicia Penalba s\u2019installe \u00e0 Paris. Elle s\u2019inscrit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole des beaux-arts en gravure et, \u00e0 partir de 1949, commence \u00e0 sculpter dans diff\u00e9rents ateliers.<\/p>\n<p>En 1951 elle cr\u00e9e sa premi\u00e8re sculpture non figurative et d\u00e9truit la plupart de ses premiers travaux. \u00c0 partir de 1953, elle entreprend, autour de rythmes verticaux, des s\u00e9ries de <em>Totems<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La sculpture monumentale d\u2019Alicia Penalba a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du campus de l\u2019ENSAM Talence. L\u2019\u0153uvre s\u2019inscrit dans la s\u00e9rie des \u00ab\u00a0Totems\u00a0\u00bb, caract\u00e9ristique de l\u2019artiste. Ces sculptures, souvent en bronze, \u00e9voquent des formes verticales inspir\u00e9es de la nature, de l\u2019architecture ancestrale et de symboles mythiques. Alicia Penalba, est reconnue pour son approche abstraite et spirituelle, m\u00ealant organicit\u00e9 et g\u00e9om\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n<p>Ses \u0153uvres, \u00e0 la fois puissantes et po\u00e9tiques, sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des jalons majeurs de la sculpture abstraite d\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre.<\/p>\n<h4>Jean Paul Rosaire Riopelle<\/h4>\n<p>Jean Paul Rosaire Riopelle est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al le 7 octobre 1923. Il commence \u00e0 dessiner tr\u00e8s jeune et peint des paysages, des personnages et des natures mortes. Son jeune fr\u00e8re Pierre meurt en 1930. Cette exp\u00e9rience avec la mort lui laisse des traces profondes qui vont influencer son \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Paul Riopelle est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses \u0153uvres abstraites inspir\u00e9es par la nature. \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9veil de la nature \u00bb s\u2019inscrit dans cette veine : ses toiles, souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9es d\u2019un seul jet, capturent la sensation physique et l\u2019\u00e9nergie du monde naturel plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation litt\u00e9rale. Riopelle utilisait des touches de peinture \u00e9paisses, appliqu\u00e9es au couteau, cr\u00e9ant une texture dense et tourbillonnante qui \u00e9voque le foisonnement infini de la nature.<\/p>\n<p>Riopelle a toujours revendiqu\u00e9 une approche abstraite, refusant la perspective et l\u2019horizon.
